职位：培训教师
职位要求：
1、本科或以上学历，自动化相关专业毕业；
2、二年以上自动控制相关行业技术培训或工程实施工作经验，自动化行业、DCS或相关产品的培训经历者优先；
3、精通自动控制知识和自动化产品知识，掌握心理学和教育学知识，了解自动化行业相关产品的技术知识；
4、良好的沟通技巧，英文读写熟练，可以进行简单的口语交流；
5、女教师优先。
工作职责：
1、从事客户、新员工培训工作；
2、编写培训计划，并负责组织培训各项工作；
3、实施培训教学活动，收集汇总教学过程中的问题；
4、编写课程开发计划，并组织协调相关部门进行课程开发；
5、组织新员工技术培训交流工作。

Qualifications：
1, Bachelor degree or above, automation-related majors; 

 2, automatic control of related industries for more than two years of technical training or experience in project implementation, automation industries, DCS or related products, training experience is preferred; 

3, proficient knowledge of automatic control and automation product knowledge, tomasterthe psychology and pedagogy knowledge and understanding of automation-related products industry, technical knowledge; 

4, good communication skills, proficiency in English reading and writing, oral communication can be simple;
5, Priority to female teachers.
Job responsibilities：
1, Engage customers, new staff training;; 

2, preparation of training programs and organize training for work; 

3, the implementation of training and teaching activities, summary of the teaching process to collect problems; 

4, the preparation of curriculum development plan, and organize relevant departments to coordinate curriculum development; 

5, the organization of a new staff training exchange.
