　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Be responsible for the sales target of Controller product in China. Plan, organize and coordinate all the internal or external resources to facilitate sales team to complete this target.

　　2. Select the key industries and design the promotion program, strategy and executive project.

　　3.Select, visit and follow up the key potential customer & project to help sales team do the sales

　　4.Collect and analyse the market information, including defining the market orientation, potential customer, advantages and disadvantages of Controller product. Make effective suggestions and give the feedback to R&D Dept.

　　5.Introduce new product and design the promotion plan

　　6.Conduct the product marketing & application training, including the market information, application skills, successful case and so on

　　7.Coordinate the cross-region product project. Mobilize all the resources to give the full support

　　8.Complete KPI

　　Requirements:

　　1． Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Electronic Automation or relevant areas;

　　2． Minimum 5 years sales experience, marketing and industrial electronic automation areas are preferred;

　　3． Excellent marketing sense, good organizing ability, good communication skill and team work;

　　4． Competent in communicating in English, CET 4 or above.
